We're building toward courses taught by other Latina experts, partnerships with schools and organizations, mentorship tracks for different industries, and scholarships for Jefas who need financial assistance.
We want to build a space where opportunity flows in both directions. The Circle will be a space where members find opportunities and organizations come find us.
No one is doing this for us right now, so we've decided to take the reins and build a space that changes that.

Do I have to be Latina to join?
The Circle was built by and for Latina entrepreneurs. If you identify as Latina and are building a business, personal brand, or creative project this space is for you.
What if I am just starting out and do not have a business yet?
That is exactly what Descubrir and Conectar are for. Many of our members joined while still figuring out their idea. You do not need to have it all together to start.
When do enrollment windows open?
We open enrollment a few times per year to keep the community intimate. Join the waitlist to be first to know when spots are available.
How much time do I need to commit?
As much or as little as fits your life. If you only grab the monthly template and use it on your own, you still get value. If you show up to everything, even better. We designed this for busy mujeres.
What is the difference between Conectar and Conectar+?
Conectar gives you the community, coaching, workshops, and templates. Conectar+ adds direct voice-note access to Ashley between sessions and the monthly Jefa Strategy Hour, where you implement the monthly template together with guidance. It is for members who want more personalized support without the full 1:1 commitment.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Yes. You can move between tiers at your next renewal. Crecer has a 6-month minimum commitment.
What happens if I need to cancel or pause membership?
We understand that seasons change. The Conectar membership is month to month and the higher tiers have flexible pause and cancellation policies. We will always welcome you back with open arms.
What platform is the Circle on?
The Circle lives on Podia for courses, templates, and event access. Our day-to-day community happens on WhatsApp. Events happen on Zoom.
